Own the full sales cycle for our maintenance division: prospect, qualify, perform site walks, and build clear proposals for recurring maintenance, seasonal services, and enhancements. Partner with operations to price accurately, set expectations, and ensure a smooth handoff after the win. Maintain a clean CRM, forecast reliably, and drive renewals/upsells across key accounts. Success is measured by closed revenue, retention, and route profitability.

Join a crew to complete daily maintenance routes on time and to spec. You’ll run mowers/trimmers/blowers, help load/unload, and keep gear organized. No experience? We’ll train—just bring reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Lead a small team to deliver top-quality results across scheduled routes. You’ll plan the day, drive truck/trailer, train team members, and communicate with the office and clients. Strong equipment skills, safety focus, and accountability are must-haves.

Operate a truck with plow and spreader to keep lots and drives safe during winter events. You’ll follow route maps, apply salt/deicer, and complete post-event checks and reports. On-call availability nights/weekends/holidays and solid winter driving experience are essential.

Clear and treat walkways, steps, and entrances with shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt. You’ll work early or overnight during storms, document finished work, and move efficiently between sites. Reliability in severe cold and safe lifting/handling are key.
